Payment
I accept payments by PayPal. Good news! You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. If you do not have an account, you will be able to complete your payment first and then decide whether you would like to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.
Payment is due within 24 hours of placing your order. (Orders will not be shipped until payment is received). Please follow Etsy guidelines and only purchase items that you are able to pay for.

Shipping
Please remember that everything is made and posted in The Netherlands.
The order will be shipped, when the payment is succeeded.
I will inform you when the order will be shipped.
For orders within Europe it takes 4-9 working days to ship.
For orders outside Europe it will take 9-20 working days to ship.
Beware that orders can be delayed due to Customs random check. A 1-2 weeks delay is not unusual.
I will send the orders with PostNL. All USA orders will be shipt with a trackingnumber you will get this number when I ship your item.
Please note that I am not responsible for lost packages.
